Located eight miles southeast
of Bigfork, Montana in the Swan Valley, just 40 minutes from Glacier
International Park Airport.

half mile of Swan Lake and Swan River frontage. Johnson Creek flows through
approximately 1,000 feet of the property. Swan Lake is nearly 10 miles long,
one of the few unregulated larger lakes in the west.

Famous Western artist Charles
M. Russell was an early visitor and created numerous etchings in the Main
Lodge courtyard.

The main lodge, reminiscent of
the Great Camps in the Adirondacks, was designed by Kirtland Cutter,
architect of the Lake McDonald Lodge in Glacier National Park.

Most of the buildings were
built in the 1920s with an attention to detail and craftsmanship that would
be difficult to match today.

Log buildings are built of
larch logs and trimmed with unpeeled western cedar.
|

Extensive restorations have
been completed including new roofs, foundations, winterizing, redecorating
and the addition of modern amenities.

Furnishings include many of the
original pieces such as imported wicker and handmade furniture made by local
craftsman from native wood.

A splendid rock entrance is
graced with an iron gate created by Jeffrey Funk, an artist who also was
commissioned to create custom fireplace screens for the renovated cabins.

The level property has virgin
timber including ponderosa pine, western larch, fir, spruce and birch.

Frequently visited by wildlife;
including deer, moose, bear, eagle, osprey and waterfowl.

Less than an hour away are
Glacier National Park, millions of acres of wilderness, two alpine ski
areas, and ten golf courses.
